V-Flash® is synonymous with super-high-quality

What's the quality like? That's one of the first things people want to know about 3D printers. V-Flash delivers one of the highest quality prints in the industry, and without a doubt the highest quality print anywhere near its price range.

Smooth walls

The V-Flash produces smooth models. Other technologies like FDM leave bumpy surfaces that aren't that precise and can require substantial finishing to get to spec. The V-Flash typically outputs models that require no sanding as the surface finish is extremely fine.

No warping

Other technologies use heated plastic material that is prone to warping unless tweaked continuously. The V-Flash uses proprietary UV-curing that does not warp and stays true to the original.

Balanced physical properties in all directions

Other technologies do not have consistent material properties in all directions. For example, the X and Y directions may have a tensile strength of 30 MPa but the Z direction only has a strength of 12 MPa. Normal materials do not act like this, and there's no reason your printed parts should either.

V-Flash technology ensures the part is consistently durable in all directions.

Fine, highly accurate features

FDM printers and in general printers under $15-20K do not print very fine features. Except the V-Flash. The V-Flash excels at fine details and small features. The X,Y resolution is 1024x768, and the Z-steps are .004". This means exceptional quality for your parts with small or fine details.

Durable, hard finish

The V-Flash produces tough plastic models that are durable and ready for functional testing.
