Alibre Inc Promotes Gregory C. Milliken
to President and CEO
RICHARDSON, Texas, February 03, 2004 - Alibre Inc today announced the promotion of Gregory C. Milliken to president and CEO, effective immediately. Milliken joined Alibre in March 1999 as vice president of marketing and became vice president of sales and marketing in April 2003. Alibre founder J.Paul Grayson will remain active as chairman of the board.

Greg Milliken has over 20 years experience in the CAD/CAM/CAE industry and has held a variety of roles in marketing and sales at established public companies and startups. Previously, Milliken was vice president of marketing at Knowledge Revolution, a company that developed mechanical motion simulation software and was acquired by MSC.Software in January 1999. He also co-founded AccelGraphics, Inc. in 1994, a venture-funded startup that developed and marketed 3D graphics cards for the CAD, animation and simulation markets. Milliken acted as both vice president of marketing and business development at AccelGraphics, which went public in 1997 and was acquired by Evans & Sutherland in 1998.
