Standard Import Options

Alibre Design can import the following formats with no additional add-ons:

Alibre Translate - Extended Import Options

Alibre Translate is a separate add-on which allows you to extend your import capability to include native files from nearly all popular CAD applications:

• AutoDesk Inventor: v10 to 2011 (*.ipt, *.iam)
• Pro/E: 2000 to Wildfire 5 (*.prt, *.xpr, *.asm, *.xas)
• SolidEdge: v10 to ST2 (*.par, *.psm, *.asm)
• Catia: v5 from R10 to R20 (*.CATPart, *.pCATProduct)
• Parasolid: v18 to v22 (*.x_t, *.x_b, *.xmt_txt, *.xmt_bin)
