If you choose not to renew maintenance, you can continue to run Alibre Design indefinitely using the version you have when your maintenance contract expires. While on maintenance, the application can be downloaded to multiple PCs -- at home, at a customer or associate’s office, wherever you need access -- at no additional charge, but only one copy of a single license of Alibre Design can be run concurrently.
What Maintenance Covers
Maintenance includes all upgrades, access to online capabilities like Team Design and Alibre Support. Alibre Support includes one hour of personal assistance by phone or through the Alibre Assistant per month; one-business day response time; and web-based support.
Maintenance Renewal Prices
When renewed during the grace period, maintenance is $295. After the grace period, maintenance renewal prices increase as shown in the table below:
