Program Information

Comissions

• Initial rate = 20% of software sales price
• Volume rate = 25% of software sales price
  • Earned after 10 seats sold in the calendar year
  • Any mix of Alibre Design Standard or higher
  • “Head Start” rate: After 30 seats sold in the calendar year, NEXT year’s rate will be the volume rate all year

Power Affiliate Commitments

• Alibre presence on your web site, link to Alibre’s Free Trial page
• Physical place of business (not a residence)
• Business focused on CAD/CAM/CAE, rapid prototyping or similar
• Provide prospect referrals to Alibre through web registration

  • Alibre Sales department manages sales cycle

  • Special offers (requires Alibre approval)
• Power Affiliate Welcome Kit

  • Printed collateral samples
  • Marketing CD
    • Power Affiliate collateral files
    • Space on collateral pieces for personalization by Power Affiliate
    • Usable web content
• Conflict Resolution
  • Internal sales process filters to insure proper credit
  • Field sales partner conflict
    • Same deal registered by more than one partner
    • If prospect indicates a partner preference, that partner gets the deal
    • Otherwise, earliest date of source code registration wins
    • Alibre notifies the other partner
  • Alibre inside sales/partner conflict
    • Partner always wins
