Installation

1. When I install Alibre Design I get the message "Unable to start the application - the class files could not be loaded. Catastrophic failure." Or I receive Internal error 2744.
2. When I install Alibre Design, I receive the message: InstallShield error while installing Alibre Design: failed to extract 'license agent' from the binary table.

Launching Alibre Design

1. When I try to launch Alibre Design for the first time, I receive the message: "User name must contain server alias to start offline" or "You must sign in once to the server before working offline."
2. When I start the Alibre Design client I receive the error "Downloader Exception".
3. When I start Alibre Design, it says that I am running Alibre Design Xpress, but I have a purchased version of Alibre Design.

License Key

Sign In

1. Why do I get sent to the home page (www.alibre.com/default.asp) when I try to sign in?
2. When I try to sign into www.alibre.com I get the error "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password".

2. I receive an "error while updating local configuration, missing header signature" message when attempting to upgrade.
