Geomagic's unique approach to real time, instant-on live support means that you are literally a click away from a real person at any time. Customers with a Geomagic Subscription Service agreement can can click the Chat with Support button right from the main Geomagic Home window and be instantly connected to an Geomagic Engineer. From there, we can walk you through a design question, explain an error, or even, with your permission, take over control and show you what the solution is right in front of your eyes. You can also enter support tickets in the more traditional method, or just call us. We're here to help.
If you can't use software, it is useless to you. Geomagic Design's ease of use is known industry wide, and we recognize that you want to get up and running as quickly as possible. That's why we have several free and for-purchase training options in a variety of convenient formats. If you learn by watching and listening, consider our Video Training series. If you learn by walking through exercises, take a look at our built-in tutorials. If you want a more complete exercise book, we have that available as well. If you need extra help or a particularly quick start, our Application Engineers hold daily online classes on a variety of topics, so you can watch and ask questions.
