Geomagic is known for outstanding service, both before and after the sale. We have support options that are better and more accessible than any other CAD company. Our training comes in a variety of formats, so you can pick the best method for you.

Support

Geomagic's unique approach to real time, instant-on live support means that you are literally a click away from a real person at any time. Right from the main window, you can click the Chat with Support button and be instantly connected to an Geomagic Engineer. From there, we can walk you through a design question, explain an error, or even, with your permission, take over control and show you what the solution is right in front of your eyes. You can also enter support tickets in the more traditional method, or just call us. We're here to help.

Real time chat sessions and phone support is available Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Central Standard Time. Online incident entry is available 24/7.
