Good looking render, just what is it? Looks like a complex part to put together.
I'd add just a bit of roughness to it, unless it is chrome or polished brass. And add .005-8 radius to the edges in KS model set properties.
That's an interesting hinge pattern. Usually all the barrels are the same length. Can you tell if there any significance to it?
 
Harold Thanks! I figured this component would pique your curiosity. It is a hinged push-button panel, called in the jargon register, which allows you to vary the timbre of an accordion. The one I designed and rendered was mounted on a 1950s accordion made in Italy and was made of tin-welded and chromed brass. Today this system has been partially replaced by pieces in printed abs but they are small engineering masterpieces that I wanted to design to keep them in mind.
