How exactly do you mean you wanted to mirror it? Mirror the subtraction, mirror the final result?

There is an Interference Check capability, but it is not dynamic. You can check for (and highlight) interference at any current position, but there is no easy way to find the limit of the interference.

You don't seem to have included any design. In what way is the file messed up? - is that the Alibre file, or the STL export that is messed up?

Purely as a 'get you going'; instead of mirror 3, try mirroring inside the sketch for the preceding cut. Generally I prefer using feature mirror, but in this case it gives strange issues.
