If you use insert a plane for each of your sketches (something I learned from Big Seb). All you would have to do is move the plane to a new face. I do this religiously now. It has saved me quite a few times.

I don't use it a lot but it is generally for nudging

Be careful putting all sheets into one drawing file. I had a part corrupt a sheet and could not open the drawing file anymore (had about 20 drawings in it). I keep all my drawing files separate on large builds. Then merge them as a single PDF.

There is the unicode for hole presets that Lew made in resources.

One way would be to make a subassembly of the bolt and nut then use the fastener constraint to place the sub assembly.

I have the same issue. It is in part space not drawing. I just ended up changing the font size.

One thing I do with extrusions is to use the parts reference geometry, I also add planes and axis to them. One of the planes that I add is a midplane at the center of the length. I scale the part for length and use the attached equation editor on the part. I've attached a part also.

I use DeskEngrave, but I don't use a lot of text.
