We have received your reports of slow performance and timeouts while accessing the user forums. We are currently looking into the problem and will update you as we make changes to the forum to improve your experience and the overall performance of this service.

Forum Maintenance Scheduled for Next Week

Forum users,

Next week we will be moving the Alibre Design User Forum database to a new server to resolve the issues you have been encountering. In the interim we have deployed a change that should improve your experience by increasing the time out period the server has to respond to your internet browser. This should in most cases prevent the "time out" errors you have been receiving. But it does not affect performance. This will be addressed during maintenance.

We anticipate that we will need one to two hours to complete this maintenance and will post the maintenance window on the forum at the beginning of next week.
