Alibre Glitch

I'm getting a weird error in Alibre. When I got to 'extrude cut' the dialogue box won't let me me drop down the 'type' menu. As soon as I click the type menu it instantly rolls back up and I can't select anything else. I've restarted the computer and both Alibre and Win 11 are up to date.

Is this unique to me or a known issue?

There have been similar issues reported/discussed on the forum. Submit you issue to Support so they can look at it.

Have you installed Grammarly? That will cause the symptoms described.

No, I have not. I had to google what that was. The only new app is Paint.net

A recent report to Support identified that low battery in a wireless mouse can cause symptoms with drop downs - which may show in Alibre before other apps are affected.

I know it sounds weird, but if you get problems with drop down menus, check the battery health if you are using a wireless mouse. The advice regarding Grammarly remains valid, it is known to cause problems.

This is why I ONLY use a wired mouse; I never have to worry about the battery in my mouse.

I checked my MX Ergo and it's at 100% battery.
