Alibre Shuts Down On Its Own

Do any of you have this problem - ?

The program just shuts down - No specific reason, just happens from time-to-time

The program will also freeze from time-to-time - Same as shut down - No specific reason, just freezes.

Using Expert 9.0 SP1

Alibre crashes

I've had a few instances of Alibre shutting down or freezing up that were most likely not related to server connection problems- It hasn't happened very often (not as often as Solid Edge, for instance) but of course it always occurs at a bad time since Murphy is always watching. :?
I lost 2 hours of work on Friday because Alibre "lost interest" and shut down, reminding me to "Save Early, Save Often".
My non-scientific impression is this was not a problem before ver 9.0, what do you think?

Hi Bob,

It did happen prior to 9.0, but it was very infrequent.

I have found that working off-line appears to reduce the frequency with which this occurs.

Like you, I've lost quite a bit of production because of this glitch and saving often has also become a way of life here also.
