Alibre users in New Zealand

I purchased Alibre from Gordon at Bay Cad in Tauranga, but my question is are there any other users in New Zealand? I am in Christchurch and it would be nice to contact these users in my timezone. I appreciate the forum and the response from this, so do not get me wrong.

I have never been to New Zealand. I used to live in Bunbury and Busselton. It did not pan out for me there in Western AUS and south of the equator.

Anyway, you will be surprised who jumps in and when on these forums. Enjoy. Guard your nz lands. See here:

It is amazing to this day to me that people still care enough to handle helping out. Anyway, this fellow is located in Tasmania I think.

I understand New Zealand is its own territory of two, separate islands. I am not too familiar with it.

Anyway, glad is how you will feel being here at times. Other times, "not so much." ha.

P.S. It is similar to most programs. Click and learn and watch tutorials. I posted an Alibre Youtube.com channel post in the posts section(s). Look at the video. It is of Alibre personnel handling specifics for pipes and makeshift bending techniques.

Hi ,jon here in Dunedin. Im using Alibre for myself alongside solidworks at work . Drop me a line . Still learning myself and trying to get a robust assembly method.

HI Steve. Welcome to the forum. Not many Kiwis appear on the forum; I guess they're a bit shy. Be sure to keep checking the forum for real-world advise from the many users World-wide and be aware you are not alone as there are hundreds of Alibre Design users in our Aust/NZ region. Bay CAD Services purchased a first Alibre license over 20 years ago and became a Partner 1 year later. A long history of dealing with Alibre, selling and supporting their software in New Zealand and Australia. So don't be shy, use the Forum and reach out if you have a question, Gordon.
