Attn AD Programmers: GUI structure ? to troubleshoot

Something on my computer is not quite right and I'm having a hard time locking it down. I'm getting random freezes (now not so random freezes) that are locking up the system as a whole (Win2K).

I have created a somewhat repeatable scenario in which while using Alibre and manipulating the model in space (i.e. panning, rotation), I can cause the computer to lock-up very regularly.

So....what type of operations are being performed during this type of use? Is this a CPU intensive task? GPU intensive since we're dealing with on screen display in real-time? RAM intensive? This is NOT a model specific situation and the various models in question can be "spun" (i.e. rapid revolutions) continusouly on a much less powerful computer for minutes on end with no problems and many applications and processes running.

ONe can respond in this thread or via pm. Thanks!

Jim

Edit: I fixed the problem (hopefully). I believe my RAM timings were too tight. I relaxed them, and so far, no problems. I'll post here again if I get any hang-ups.
