Be sure to replace anything with [ ] around it with the correct user names. There is one more directory under the repository directory that is the actual repository binaries
If you ever need to restore the data just replace that folder with the backed up data.
Do you want to back up Alibre, or did you actually create parts and assemblies? Did you use a repository, or did you save them in the filesystem? If the latter, did you save them locally, or are they on a server?
