It would be nice to have both the movement limiting and animation creation for presentation of ideas to customers. saveable in power point format and jpg tiff bmp avi etc. If we have to have separate programs to accompplish these tasks then the price factor which is a big draw for AD goes out the window.

I know what you mean - but - still - for not so much big bucks - I did these ones some time ago - before starting to focus primarily on providing attitional tutorials.

I use basically two tools - because I am familiar with them -
SnagIt, and Photoshop Elements - to create simple animated gif's like these.

If you wanted to produce large format avi files (Video) - remember - Adobe Premier Pro at $699 & After Effects at $999 are both big bucks - without any MCAD Capabilities, so AD at $795 is not so steep!
