Can't work online.

Before you say it...This is not an Alibre Server issue.

Normally I do not work online so I don't know how long this has been this way.

I upgraded to Expert and on one system it signs online and everything updated and all is well. When I try this at home I do not get anything. It will not even give me the option of working online.

There is an internet connection, I can get email, I have disabled all firewalls (windows and otherwise), antivirus, popup blockers, antispam etc.... But Alibre can not see the connection. I tried to have Alibre work online during startup. I uninstalled and reinstalled Alibre and I have manually entered the new code for Expert. But alas there is no work online ability. I can not use the server on this computer but I can remotely log onto the one at my job and it will log right on.

Any clue?

I too upgraded to Expert today and experienced the same symptoms you described.
The program just shut down several times. Then the Alibre automatic trouble message appeared and I sent it to Alibre. Ten minutes later I tried again and was able to access Alibre on-line. I was still unable to upgrade to 9.1 as of 9 pm EST.
Hope those Alibre folks are not in trouble.
