Combine AD.ASM to Single Body for Printing

I have been using Geomagic for a few years, but now running into questions as I am trying to 3D Print some of my designs.
I have a small 21 piece assembly (about 6" x 1.5" x 1") that I would like to print. When I export the part to .STL I get a large file...212 MB (It is .5MB as a SAT FIle or 2.1 MB as IGES).
Anyway, is there an easy way to combine all of the parts into a single body so that I can keep the STL file size down and be able to slice it? My computers MAX's out on 8GB RAM quickly.
I am thinking my next step may be to use MasterCAM at work and make a solid body out of it, any better solutions out there?

Check the STL export settings. Over fine resolution will lead to large files. ASCII files also tend to be larger than Binary.

Thanks David, I pushed all of the STL export numbers towards the high end, and got a 75 MB part that could be sliced.
I will have to see how the print looks compared to the values I used before.
