CONNECTION FAILED - ERROR 500

Hi there

I have a connection problem with AD.
Original message while startup:

An error occurred while connecting to webservices.alibre.com to check for updates.

Reason: The operation failed, error = 500.

You may Retry to connect now or Continue with your current version of Alibre Design (skip check for updates).

Currently i'm running the Version 8.2 SP1
I have this problem since i'm using AD but the accaunt status seems to be OK. (I installed AD at my home PC with the same account and the connection works...)
Also the registry seems to be ok.
Does anybody have a similar problem or does somebody know how to fix it? :?:

Reason: The operation failed, error = 500.

HTTP error code 500 is "Internal Server Error". Most likely, Alibre Inc had some kind of temporary problem at their end. Wait a bit and try again. If the trouble persists, contact Alibre tech support.

But i'm afraid it's a permanet error.
Maybe it's the machine - my OS is a kind of damaged anyway... :?
