Crashing? No model available.

I was trying to do a quick floor heater vent for a customer project. Added a few lofts to it for connecting flexible piping and had everything looked okay. Then the image crashed to a blank workspace, and if I try and edit anything, the program crashes.

I can open up other files fine, but something happened to this file and now it's junk. Lost a few hours of render time on this. Just frustrating.

Same results here. When I open your file, I get a blank screen. After about a minute, Alibre crashes.

This is probably something support should look at. Submit a support ticket.


I tried deleting your features, one by one. That made no difference whatsoever. Even after deleting everything except your first extrusion and sketch. It still gave the same results.

Thanks for checking that, I was hoping to recover it from my home machine when I go home My work computer is old and feeble. I was hoping it just the machine and was an excuse to get a new one!

It may be helpful the send a copy of the Alibre Log file along with the part file to Support.
