I have a dimension value problem. As the screenshot shows, the dimension (green Box) is in inches instead of mm. No matter what I do, I cannot change to unis to mm (it should be 59.719mm):oops::oops::oops:

Yes I delete the dimension and redid the dimension with the same results.

Yes I check the system propries settings and there correct.

So what is cuasing this.

I've attached the part file.

The Part file you provided doesn't obviously match the image...

That looks more like degree sign ° than an inch " - check whether the lines are parallel.
 
DavidJ can send me a screenshot showing what you are see? It might be my machine, possibly I will need to reinstall Alible.
 
The line you have dimensioned as 57.599 does not extend to the centre of the bottom left hole, therefore the line going from line centre to line centre cannot be straight, creating an angle measurement of 0.32° (degrees)
 
RocketNut - try your own file from above - sketch 3 does not have as many reference lines as in your image.

Albie reach same conclusion as I did - the lines you were dimensioning between are at a slight angle (so that is what gets measured).
