Does KeyShot recognize Alibre files?

I have downloaded KeyShot and it will not accept Alibre parts or assemblies. When I export the Alibre file to Solidworks, and try to import it into KeyShot, I get the message:

"C:/file name.sldprt" does not contain 3d geometry. You may need to export polygonal data from your modeling system.

Does anyone know a way around this?

Thanks

Currently, you can export with Alibre: STEP AP 203 or AP 214 and import STEP AP 203/ AP 214 with KeyShot.
Within the ~ next week there will be another/new opportunity.

With the new release: Alibre Design V12,1,0,12047 you can export : *.bip files. :D

Looks like I'm running build 12044 - the downloads page for my account at Alibre just says v12.1.
How can I be sure it's the latest build 12047 with the 'export BIP' option?
Thanks.

View the export options under FILE and if you have .bip extension available you have the latest release.

Yeah - I don't have it.
I was wondering how to check the build revision on the downloads page.

If your account is set to 12.1, then your download is the correct one on the d/l page.
