Edit Geometry.

Hello Folks,
Been trying to edit geometry in Keyshot because I need to apply different finishes to a part. The part was modelled in Alibre Expert [ latest version ] but when I import the model into Keyshot the edit geometry button is greyed out !! only insert geometry and clear geometry are active. Maybe the version for Alibre does not support this ?
Tried everything I can think off but have run out of ideas.

Some more info, Just tried out a demo version of Keyshot 7.1 and I can edit geometry in that version. Leads me to think that feature is not available in the version that links to Alibre.

Correct - see https://www.keyshot.com/features/ for geometry editor you need a Pro or Enterprise licence.
