Adding Text and Lines To Drawings

Provide ability to add text to and draw lines on an existing drawing.

Parametric section line - I reported this problem with description to Scott some times ago.

The ability to add an array of lines at a time for efficiency. For example, my models are using roughly 1500 line segments that need to be drawn dynamically.
