Holes become Square when Exported to STL file

When I export the design below to a STL file. The holes become rectangular, instead of circular, when opened in the Cura slicer.
The Atom3d software was downloaded today, 11/30/2021
I made the same item using 3D Viewer that comes with windows. The holes came out circular when opened in the slicer.
Note that the holes are counter sunk if that makes any difference.
I attached the design file.
Any ideas?

For the majority of STL exports, good settings to start from are

File format : binary
Normal Deviation 4° or 5°
Surface Deviation : disabled
Maximum cell size : disabled

It seems many slicers assume mm as units, so setting Output units to mm is probably sensible too.

Thanks David, for the STL settings. When implemented the problem was solved!
The suggested article was very helpful.

Thank you DavidJ. I had a similar problem exporting a round spacer with a round hole...the "diameters" came out square. I solved it by exporting to .OBJ which worked but I preferred .STL. Your recommendation above fixed everything. Thanks again.
