1.-Draw a B-Spline curve using B-Spline by reference point;
2.-Do the last 2 points near applying dimension;
3.-Draw a reference line between both points ;
4.- Now, draw a line witch start from the last B-Spline Point and apply co-linear constrain between this line and the reference line;
5.- Edit the dimension to the minimal feasible (mathematical Limit concept);
6.-Now click "select" and move the line to make sure that still is tangent to the B-Spline.
(some point may needs coincident constraint).
