GIOV,
Here's what I got for your Loft. It took some time for my computer to calculate and create it. I had to turn of Twist Minimization to get it to work.

Hi Harold,
Thanks!
Your image shows some bottom discontinuity or I am wrong?
Please export to STEP file because I using ADV23 64 Bits and ADV14 32 Bits.

I took a closer look at it and saw that the tangency on the bow line was causing some odd shaping at the bottom. I redid it with no tangency on the bow and it looks better. There is still some discontinuity because the bottom of the hull is sharp and the bow has a flat so the transition between the two causes some issues.

Hi Harold,
Try with this R2 which has a bottom keel of 5 mm in all frames.
Export with STEP203.

I recorded this short video while adding the loft. Adding the flat on the bottom of the hull helped the loft resolve faster.

And here's the STEP file.

Hi Harold,
Very good thanks!! You video shows a good smooth surface.
Now I would like you to try lofting from the transom to the bow.
Try to export with STEP203.

I did two files one with and one without the Bow profile part, in case you need to remove it anyway.

I'm not familiar with those parameters. Please explain them.
How thick is the shell supposed to be?
Here's what I got with a 10 mm shell:

Yes, What is the minimum and maximum thickness that the feature shell is able to achieve.
My 32 bits doesn't able to do the shell with 10 mm. I will try with ADV22:OK

Thanks very much Harold for your help!!

The minimum shell I got was 0.1 mm the maximum shell was 46.25. Over that there was some artifacts along the outside of the bow. The thicker the shell the longer it took to resolve, and I'm running a 64 bit machine. Here are some screen shots.

Minimum shell:
shell 0.1 mm.png

Maximum good shell:
shell 46.25 mm.png

Artifacts along the bow started showing at 46.3 mm, shown here at 48 mm:
shell 48 mm.png

I did have one at 49 mm without the artifacts and one at 47 that failed  , so I'd guess that the max thickness would be at 40 to be safe.

Hi Harold,
I discover some rough surface in the bottom keel that do a connection to the base of the bow.. May be adding a guide curves make this better or edit the loft applying specific tangent.
