I can not run Alibre [RESOLVED]

For almost a full year I have run Alibre with ADM. Just clicking on the icon freezes up in some software loop, but running in ADM mode it works perfectly until today. Now when i start up Alibre with ADM option I get this error!!! I can start Alibre using the icon (not ADM mode it opens just fine ( yes it freezes up as mentioned).

So what is happening? Yes, I have reset my machine several times with the same results every time.

I am trying to log into support but it seems my password is bad and waiting for password reset e-mail.

Try again, after waiting a while. If you launch Alibre whilst Windows is still booting, the hard drive lookup response may not be as fast as normal, and may timeout. Can also be affected if Windows is finalising an update.

Problem solved. I updated my bios this morning, rolling back to the old version fixed the problem.

Can someone mark the as "SOLVED" for me, please.

Still can not log into support.
