Import Alibre Design files in 3ds max

Is there a possibility to import Alibre Design files into 3ds max and if there is, are there any problems to read the data; in other words, is it full compatible with 3ds max. I'm an 'unexperienced user' of Alibre Design, but I understood Alibre cannot export 3ds-files.

Yes, is your version is one of the latest, i'm quite sure that 3dstudio should be able to open ACIS files, and even iges which you can export form alibre, stl files should be no problem for 3dstudio.
