Installing Excel Addin

Hi, I have been having trouble using the Excel add in , in as much as I cannot get the excel addin to recognise that Alibre is open.
I have therefore uninstalled the addin with a view to re installing, however I now get the following message during install ( as administrator)

Does anyone know how to get round this?
Windows 11
Excel 2019
Alibre Design Pro V28
All 64 bit.

PS I used to be an IT manager but this has got me stumped.

Is this installed for another Alibre version?

I have just checked , No other versions of alibre installed but file folder for Atom 3D was still in existence. Have deleted this and retried ( after registry clean) but same result.

Check your COM addins. I've had issues and needed to remove or add them before.
