Just paid maintenance upgrade and new version won't work

I guess I am going to have to wait until someone manually processes this next week? Annoying if so.

Care to expand a bit more on "new version won't work"? Exactly what is or isn't happening?

If you paid a sales invoice - there is a manual step in the completion process. If your purchase was entirely via the (North America) web shop - then in most cases it should complete automatically after a short while.

'Won't work' covers a wide range - raising a support ticket may get more progress.
