License Not Releasing

My laptop crashed and I installed Alibre on the new laptop but it keeps telling me that my license isn't released from the old laptop even though it says it is released when I press the release button in the licensing setup.
Thoughts?

You have to release from the activated computer, not another one.

If you have active maintenance you can use the on-line licensing portal

If you don't have current maintenance, raise a support ticket asking for release
