Loft Issues

I have taken a step file of a propeller I scanned and have managed to sketch the blade profile by creating sketches on several planes.
Now i'm trying to loft these sketches but it won't loft all of them togetehr. What am I doing wrong?

File attached 'Thruster Blade Forum" is the original step file to just show what the propelelr blade should look like.
The file I have the skecthes in is 'Blade as £' which is the one I can't get to loft for soem reason. Any help / guidance will be appreciated.

I got it to loft by using the Ruled option, otherwise the failed status indicated an ACIS error of an invalid body. This would be a good one for Support or Development to take a look at. I'd suggest that you submit it with Support ticket.

Your cross section sketches are the cause, they don't produce a smooth curvature. Continuous curves give the best results:
