I had a request in the comments on one of my YouTube videos to show how Too Tall Toby created his hex bolt and nut in Onshape. This was so it could be duplicated in Alibre. So after some puzzling over the workflow that TTT showed in Onshape I worked out a method in Alibre to create the same or at least similar results. I ended up with two videos, one for creating the hex bolt and one for the hex nut. I made use of configurations in my solutions but it may be possible to get similar results with separate part files, just need to be careful managing the files.
