That would be great, thnxOk I will chose the i based at what is possible to by at the firm has MILES shown.
I a short look at it I believe it will be a 1:24 reduction in to steps.

Yes Oldbelt, every single part in a separate step is ok for me plus if you can, a 3D PDF to know the correct assemble. Sometimes you can export the whole set in an already assembled file and then single out each part separately to study and redo. You mean every single part in a separate step file, you can assembly.??
The sun gear gets oversized in order to minimise the undercutting of the tooth that can happen with gears with small numbers of teeth, The planetary gear is then undersized to suit and the planetary PCD is altered appropriately.I will look in the manual and see if it gives the reason for the oversized/undersized gear setup.
Your correct, but I wi;l try to make a 3D printed model for demonstration purpose that wil rotate slowly. regarding this what script shpould I use to create a gear inside Alibre ??I think Kunstman will use this source, (HPS) 3D print in this scale (M0.5) will not be good, to my experience.
Thank you for our discussions, I have learned a lot about Planetary gears gear.
