Part rotate

I have the attached sub assembly which allows me to rotate the star wheel (indexer) in this assembly but when I load it into the main assembly it will not rotate. Am I missing some setting? Is this a limitation in Atom where the main assembly parts rotate but not sub assemblies?

Set the sub-assembly 'Make Flexible', within the main assembly.

OK Thanks. I was not aware of that setting. I am sure that many others have been using the program for some time and are still discovering settings.
