so I am looking for a part and don't remember the name of the file, the only way to look for this using a picture in the browser is one at a time?

Whenever I encounter an issue like the one you've described, I use the default Windows File Manager with ICONS turned on. I have an extension that understands and displays Alibre files. UNFORTUNATELY, I cannot remember the extension's name, but I could have SWORN that I found it here…somewhere

still looking…

I don't think that works with the PDM, unless I missed something. the files don't exist in windows explorer

I forgot to clarify that I needed to first locate where the files from PDM are stored on my machine. Then, AND ONLY THEN, can I use the method I mentioned.

On MY machine, the files are located at C:\Users\"MyUserName"\AppData\Roaming\APW\default\1\C\P\.
I'm not certain, but the "APW" portion relates to the "Alibre PDM something" The "P" at the end is for "Projects", (there is also an "L" directory where the "Library" files are stored.

This might not help, but then again, it might.

GOOD LUCK!
