pipe carcass

At the moment I am building custom chopper model. I made 3d sketch for custom chopper carcass. I would like to make it "pipe carcass". How can I do it?

You'll have to split that into separate elements, and use them as paths for sweeps.

Can make use of symmetry to reduce the effort - only one side of the curved paths are needed - sweep then mirror.

As David said.
For me the simplest is always thinking how I would make the object.
Bend and cut the separate pieces and them weld them together.
In AD you would create the paths and sweep them and then constrain them together.
As David said, as this is symmetric around the middle plane, only design one half and then mirror that.
I'm not sure if I would try to make that all as one part, it might be easier as an assembly.
Have fun!

David! Some questions more. I made different pipe pieces with sketch and sweep method. And now how should i put this all together? I would like to have one carccass part. If I put different parts together in assembly, is it possible to transform assembly into part file?

I meant different sweeps in one part file. If you have Professional or Expert you could use Booleans to join them together - either from an assembly or in part.

You can also try exporting from assembly as ACIS file and then re-import.

Thanks! I will try it! I have design expert.

It's a single assembly Boolean to make a part from the assembly, but it won't update if you edit the parts.

Constraints similar to those in assembly, are available in Design Booleans - and they do update if the parts are edited.

Wow!
That's beautiful. Fair old rake on the front yoke. There's gonna be some long forks on the front of that.
Keep us posted with pictures please.
