Problem with system option

I can't open system options after installing alibre cam (freemill) even though now it's been removed the system options still can't be opened.

I have also reinstalled the alibre software but it still can't be opened

is there a solution?

solved

the cause is an inaccessible network printer
problem solved after removing those drivers
