Hello Francesco,
unless you run the script, it won't fill any properties.
If you create a new file and the properties are filled, it could be that you have saved such information as a template.
To get rid of this, you have to delete the unwanted property values in the file properties,
set the checkmark in the check box "set current settings as the default settings for parts, sheet metal, and assemblies",
press the apply button, uncheck the checkbox and close the property window.
If you now create a new file it should be empty.
