Scheduled replacement of my computers

I am having my computers, desktop and laptop, replaced on schedule by my College. I am not currently a designer of big parts or assemblies. I'm now running Geomagic Design 2015.0.1 and Visual Mill 5.0.0.3 on Windows 7. Do the following spec's look adequate for the future.

From new desktop quote:

Laptop will be slow with Keyshot, but should do GMD acceptably assuming the graphics (which I do not recognize) is OK.

Make sure to transfer the license.

Yeah JST, IT said they couldn't make the laptop equal to the desktop. But, my "heavy" work will be on the desktop anyway.
The license is the easy part. Moving all my other programs and files is the real pain. :(
