Space ball/mouse/ecc. preferred shortcuts

Hi all.
I would like to know what are the commands you programmed on the space mouse.
For instance I found rather useful hide, wireframe, shift.
For the other commands I'm still working on it...

What are your favorite/most used?

Hi Massimo,

Only 4 buttons on my Cadman: Zoom to Fit, Wireframe, and 2 held in reserve for 'on-the-fly' rotation points :wink: I also have about 30 macros on the Belkin Speedpad.

Speaking of the 3D Connexion gizmos, I discovered that they do Pan an Alibre Drawing, it's just that the sensitivity set for Panning is orders of magnitude less than that for Zooming, so it's hardly noticeable. If you're patient enough you can see it creep across... Similar problem to the Panning of 'large' objects in Part space.

How is the "on the fly" rotation point working?

I solved the panning issue by setting different sensitivities in the different directions.

I realise I could increase the panning sensitivity, but it's about right for me with small parts, as it is. Maybe we can get a Service Pack fix for this....
