That suggests that you are trying to run installer for the version that is already installed (i.e. not an update).
Which build number is already installed?
If the installer is getting confused, it might be best to uninstall from Windows Apps & Features, then re-boot computer and run installer for build 25037.

Looks like same installer trying to run. My suggestion above stands - uninstall (from Windows, NOT using remove option in that dialogue).
