v25 Missing Toolbar on Startup...

I randomly opened V25 today and my toolbars had collapsed (not shown in the picture) and so I used CNTRL, FUNCTION + F2 to bring the default toolbar back and the icons are now missing.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. No change.
Any help, this really throws me off.

First that bar at the top of your screenshot is called the Ribbon. Toolbars are different - but Alibre has them too.
I think somehow the option for "Use Ribbon" was disabled and you brought the ribbon out of hiding using something unintended - the tabs are missing too. If you check "Use Ribbon" it should work correctly.

You might also try resetting your user profile from the Utilities tab of the Home window.
