Windows explorer constantly crashes on new Asus

I would like to share my experiences with a brand new ASUS computer/Laptop.

Problem:
Windows Explorer is constantly crashing for some reason... :twisted:
Fault Module Name: ASUSWSShellExt64.dll

Here is the solution:
Uninstalling the ASUS WebStorage software.

That's all :!: ,
Now it works without problems.
