That message wasn't from me. At least I don't think so. My AV
program is updated several times per week and I only post from the
web site, never in email. My "Sent" folder also shows no messages
sent to the Alibre group in the last several days.

I'm guessing that someone has spoofed my email address.

Just to be sure, you might want to go to http://www.sarc.com (Symantec’s antivirus site) and download and run the Netsky detection and removal tool.

You’re most likely safe, but not having any messages in the sent folder is not an indication that you are safe. Netsky, as well as the other worms going around have their own SMTP engine, so they can send email without it being copied to the sent folder. In fact, Outlook or another email program doesn’t even need to be running, or installed whatsoever for that matter. They also scan the entire hard drive, and even network shares for email addresses.

Assuming you are not infected, the fact that it sent a message through someone else’s computer to the group that your address is also a member of is rather coincidental, but definitely possible.

In 2D Draw, how do you change the sheet size, once you have worked on a drawing and run out of space, and thus need to select a larger Sheet Size?

Looked everywhere (including Help) but have not found the place.

You can right click on the sheet in the design explorer and use the "change template" option. You should then be able to select the next size larger or smaller. You can also change the scale of the drawing that you are working on to help it better conform to the template that you are using.

Dave,

I purchased Alibre with Algor at the beginning of the year.

So far so good. It's not Solidworks or Pro E but works for me.

Most probably the message isn't from you (and it being sent to the
group isn't really all that unlikely). I've been getting a variety of
messages (and responses from virus scanners about virus-laden
messages) that were sent by me...and I know I'm up-to-date with virus
definitions (I am the system admin after all :p ). I expect we'll be
seeing several more of these messages hitting the group in the near
future...

Dave,

Just got done running the removal tool from Norton's site and it
says I'm clean. I'd guess that someone that frequents the same
Yahoo groups that I do has the virus as none of my non-Yahoo email
correspondents would know about my Yahoo handle. That could be just
about anybody.

Model Press Install Error

I would have posted this to the "Add-On's" section of the new Webforum, but you cannot include attachments and images there.

I get this error (attached) when trying to install either ModelPress Publisher, or just ModelPress Viewer.

The installation goes no further than this message.

Any clues?
