Actual parts for mounting the trim router. The mounting hole pattern was copied from a scan of the router base. I used Poplar for the top plate and the router base plate. The fence was made of 3/4" ply and I used 1/4-20 elevator bolts for mounting to spread out the clamping force of the bolt head. The top plate and base plate were cut out with my Shaper Origin using Inkscape SVG files created from Alibre DXF files of the parts.
