Well, I figured out that if you select all the lines and hold the shift and ctrl keys, you can grab the sketch and move the whole thing around. I also constrained a piece to a plane or axis and it only moved along that axis. The next problem is how to accurately position it.

What I ended up doing is using the same profile, extruding a shape, scaling it, then using the reduced size to project to sketch, along with the larger section to get the two exact same sketches with the same points. Then it worked just fine.

Well, I managed to get it to loft. Had to check minimize twist and take a different section. But there is still an issue. The front of the airfoil has distortion from, what I suspect, is different locations of the control points between the two sections. Is there any way to solve this...

I can't post it. Customer's proprietary airfoil. It was copied over from a project to sketch taken from a imported SAT file. Puzzling because if I use the same sketches, it works fine. But if I take two sketches from different parts, it gives the error.

I have a SAT imported shape of a wing and would like to take a section of it, make a sketch, and re-make a new wing with the same profile. Is there a way to do this?
